Château Amour 2022 – Médoc

Château Amour 2022 – Médoc

The nose is nicely fruity, gourmand pulpy, bright with good definition. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, brilliant cherry, and small notes of cornflower, associated with fine hints, almost of zan, roast-elegant and almost an imperceptible hint of aromatic herbs. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, with a roasted-elegant, fresh/juicy side, gourmandise and a well-integrated. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy cherry, and small notes of small elegant-roasted red fruits, associated with touches of blond tobacco as well as a fine hint, almost verbena, toasted hazelnut, chocolate and a subtle hint, almost pine-needle. Tannins are racy, precise and finely chalky. Fine hints of good cocoa bitterness. Good persistence.
