The nose is well-built, aromatic, elegant, with intensity and a certain depth. It reveals notes of boysenberry, bright redcurrant and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of licorice stick and star anise. The palate is nicely mineral, fresh, with juiciness, gourmandise, with a tangy frame, tension, an airy side and a lightness in its unfolding. It expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy/pulpy raspberry, and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of nutmeg, cardamom, as well as fine hints of cornflower, black chocolate and roasted hazelnut. Chewy, well-defined and gourmandise. A well-built wine, fresh and light in texture.
