The nose is fruity, gourmand and clear with a certain straightness. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and small notes of morello cherry, associated with touches of licorice stick, as well as fine hints of spice. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, mineral and balanced, with a fresh frame, precision, tension and good definition. In mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright strawberry and small notes of small red berries, associated with touches of small blue bright fruits, as well as a hint of morello, licorice stick and cardamom. A hint of saltiness in the background. Beautiful freshness and a subtle hint, almost sappy finish.
