The palate is fruity, juicy, suave, fresh, mineral, with a fresh frame, a certain unctuousness, an airy, stretched side and tension. It expresses notes of creamy blackberry, cassis and small notes of small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of camphor, cardamom as well as a fine hints of violet and star anise. Good length. The tannins are mellow and tasty. A wine with toasty, chocolate notes and a hint of vanilla and crushed almond. Fresh and tangy, with fine iodine hints on the finish/persistence.
