The wine has a bright pale ruby color. The nose offers a certain density and gourmandise. It expresses notes of wild strawberry, morello cherry, red cherry and crushed raspberry, associated with a limestone mineral framework, a hint of macerated cherry, faded rose and nutmeg. The palate is savory, with a fruity attack (red cherry, crushed strawberry, raspberry, morello cherry). We then find notes of liquorice, nutmeg, faded rose, as well as a mineral framework and a toasted touch on the persistence. The finish is tangy, with a precise note of red cherry. Tannins are enveloped, well-structured and fine. Beautiful lively and salivating acidity.
