The wine has a bright pale ruby color. The nose is enveloping, fresh and juicy, it expresses notes of raspberry, red cherry, cranberries and tart strawberry, combined with a hint of nutmeg, a very light toasted note, as well as a hint of peony and crushed wild mint in the background. The palate is juicy, fresh and tangy. It expresses notes of crushed raspberry, strawberry, red cherry and cranberries, as well as garnet juice, a floral hint of peony and violet, a toasted and spicy touch of nutmeg in the background. Tannins have a fine grain and good structure. The finish is slightly spicy and mineral, with a salivating acidity and medium persistence.
