The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose offers a certain concentration, delicate toasted and slightly smoky aromas at the opening. Then, it expresses the juicy and gourmet fruitiness of fresh fruits (red cherry, strawberry, crushed raspberry, cranberries), complemented by a good bitterness of wild small cherry and coffee, as well as notes of white pepper, liquorice and dark chocolate in the background. The palate is airy, chiseled, on notes of tangy fruits and a limestone mineral frame. We also find the toasted and smoky hint, with the bitterness of coffee and the tasty side of liquorice and white pepper. The fruits on the palate are tangy and fresh – we find in particular the tangy red cherry, cranberries, raspberry and crunchy strawberry. Tannins are fine, slightly grippy at the end of the mouth. The finish is quite persistent, with a good bitterness and a lively acidity.
