The wine has a beautiful ruby color. The nose is fresh and aromatic, with notes of strawberry and juicy cherry. There is a certain sapidity and light hints of coffee. The second nose opens with more freshness and a racy minerality. The palate is fresh and fruity with a tangy attack. We find fruits such as juicy cherry and pulpy blue plum. The tannins are present with a slight bitterness on the finish. There is still a beautiful freshness on the palate until the finish. The end of the tasting has a slight darkness and a note of peony.
