The wine has a beautiful ruby color. The nose is fresh and discreet with notes of blue plum and rose potpourris. The second nose opens with a beautiful minty intensity. There are cooked berries like plum and blackberry as well as notes of sweet spices. There is a discreet hint of sundried tomato. The palate is fresh, fruity and tangy on the attack. We find plum, sundried tomato as well as small cherry. The mouthfeel is fluid. The tannins are present until the finish, slightly drying but salivating. We finish the tasting with a lovely note of juicy morello cherry.
