The wine has a ruby color. The nose is fresh with a hint of vanilla. It’s discreet. The second nose opens with hints of plum and blackberry. There are some very delicate sweet spices. The palate is slightly fizzy on the attack. There are notes of rose, juicy plum, and juicy blackberry. It’s a little closed, with slightly dry tannins on the finish. The wine needs to open up to soften: you have to be patient. There’s good salivating acidity and a hint of salt at the end of the tasting. The finish is on small, crisp black fruits like blackberry and its skin with a hint of bitterness.
