The palate is fresh, fruity on the attack with a beautiful note of rose and pepper. We find juicy black cherry and plum with a hint of blackberry. It is juicy. The tannins are present and persistent until the finish. The end of the tasting is fresh, round, delicious with hints of cocoa and especially vanilla and juicy black cherry. Lovely wine.
