Domaine du Clos du Fief – Les Deschamps – AOC Moulin-à-Vent 2023

The wine has a deep cherry color. The nose is fresh and aromatic, with beautiful notes of black fruits like juicy cherry and crisp blackberry. The second nose opens with roundness, vanilla, and still very ripe, very juicy fruits. The palate is fresh, slightly fizzy on the attack. We find fresh and juicy fruits with black cherry, crisp blackberry, but also blue plum. There is a hint of violet and rose. The tannins are present, the mouth is salivating. The finish has a touch of refreshing acidity with notes of juicy cherry. Young wine with potential.
