(organic) The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is fragrant, fruity, with a fresh tangy and finely spicy framework. It expresses chiselled notes of red fruits (tart bigarreau cherry, red currant, fresh raspberry, crunchy strawberry), tangy blackcurrant in the background, a distinct peppery touch (black pepper), as well as herbaceous notes (blackcurrant leaf, dried thyme) and dried rose. On the palate, the wine offers juiciness, lightness and airiness, with well-structured and fine tannins. It expresses the lively and chiselled flavors of bigarreau cherry, cranberries (with good bitterness), crunchy strawberry, raspberry, red currant, blackcurrant, blackcurrant leaf, fresh grass in the background, black pepper and thyme. Beautiful acidity, which gives the wine energy and liveliness. The finish is sapid, moderately persistent. A young and straight wine, which offers gourmandise and precision.
