Manuel Olivier, Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes 2022 – Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits

The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is delicately perfumed, but offers a certain concentration. It expresses notes of fresh strawberry, bigarreau cherry, crushed raspberry, a touch of blueberry and cassis in the background, associated with subtle touches of white pepper, cornflower and mint (slightly noticeable). On the palate, the wine offers juiciness, an airy and tangy fruitiness, but with a certain concentration and complexity. It expresses the flavors of ripe strawberry, bigarreau cherry, crushed raspberry, cassis, as well as dried blueberry, dried mint and white pepper. The tannins are supple, almost imperceptible. Good persistence in the mouth, gourmandise and salivating acidity.
