The nose is gourmand, slightly sweet with notes of candied lemon, lemon curd, bitter orange, green apple, tea infusion, lime blossom, chamomile, associated with tertiary touches of hay, wax, as well as a hint of brioche and green anise in the background. The palate is complex and delicious: it expresses notes of dried citrus peel, lemon juice, pomelo, dried flowers, chamomile, wax, honey, as well as a slight toasted hint and a good bitterness. A somewhat reserved wine, but complex and pleasant.
