The nose is aromatic and offers an expressive limestone, even chalky, minerality, which is complemented by notes of dried citrus zest, fresh bitter orange, fresh white peach, fresh pineapple, as well as of torrefaction and development in the second nose (brioche, toast, vanilla, a touch of caramelised brioche), with a bouquet of fresh flowers (acacia, lemon blossom). The palate is fruity and youthful: it expresses notes of candied lemon, bitter orange, grapefruit, herbs and dried flowers, as well as a beautiful freshness and chalky minerality enveloped in a gourmand fruitiness. The acidity is lively and salivating. The finish is persistent, a little bitter. A straight, young, chiseled wine, with a lot of energy, despite the vintage.
