Banfi Bianco Cuvée Aurora Blanc de Noirs Pas dosé 2016 – Alta Langa

The nose is quite aromatic, evolved, but balanced and gourmand. It expresses notes of wilted flowers, dried grass, infused chamomile, a touch of white tea, as well as aromas of dried peel of lemon, orange and lime, a very slight note of browned butter, fresh hazelnut and yogurt. The palate offers a delicate bitterness, a chalky minerality, a little dry, as well as gourmand notes of brioche, browned butter, orange peel, lemon, wilted flowers and dried grass. The finish is persistent, tangy, salivating and fresh, with the same chalky minerality and good bitterness.
