The nose is aromatic and offers a fragrant floral bouquet (lilies, dried wild flowers, linden), combined with notes of dried apple, dried lemon, a slight touch of menthol and wax. The palate is straight and lively, but at the same time gourmand and fruity. It expresses pronounced lemony notes (the flavors of fresh, dried, candied citrus fruits, such as candied lemon, fresh grapefruit, candied orange, fresh lemon), associated with sweet notes of brioche, honey, as well as touches yogurt and wax. In the finish, we find a lively acidity and a beautiful minerality. Good persistence, juicy and tangy.
