Fontanafredda Bianco Blanc de Blancs Brut 2019 – Alta Langa

The nose is delicate, mineral, with a slight hint of toast and smoke in the background. It also expresses notes of lemon, lemon zest, lemon juice, as well as white flowers (acacia, dried linden), a touch of dried green apple, as well as a gourmand hint of yogurt and brioche. On the palate, we find gourmandise, elegance, beautiful depth and complexity.
