Bosca Bianco Ispiro Brut 2019 – Alta Langa

The nose is lemony and evokes aromas of varied fresh and dried citrus fruits, with dominant notes of lime and grapefruit, complemented by notes of candied and fresh lemon. We then find the aromas of dried white flowers, freshly cut grass, dried grass, as well as a gourmet note of white peach and a delicate minerality. The palate is refined, and expresses limestone minerality on the attack and notes of citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit) and white flowers in the mid-palate. The finish is gourmand, with a slight sweetness of flavors: we find in particular notes of candied lemon and lemon curd, then associated with touches of candied lime and its fine bitterness. A wine with a nice length on the palate, on gourmandise, delicacy and roundness, while remaining fresh.
