The palate is refined, delicate, tangy and fresh. It expresses notes of citrus (lime, yellow lemon), white peach, white flowers (acacia, orange blossom) and a fine brioche and a lactic touch (yogurt). The finish is long and elegant; it expresses a salivating and refreshing acidity, complemented by touches of dried flowers and hay, as well as a racy minerality.
