The nose is fragrant and expresses gourmand notes of stone fruits (apricot, peach), which are then completed by notes of fresh pineapple, pineapple yogurt, as well as a delicate floral bouquet (honeysuckle, acacia, orange blossom) and a sweetness of notes of brioche and browned butter, while remaining fresh. The palate is savoury, gourmand, fresh, with refreshing herbaceous notes, even a little vegetal, but pleasant (fresh cut grass, cucumber), as well as with a lactic touch of natural yogurt, and a lively tanginess of lemon juice and fresh lime. The finish is long, chiseled and offers a lot of freshness and good bitterness. A complex and refined wine, with a good balance between fruit, refreshing vegetal notes and limestone minerality.
