Tenuta Carretta, Airali Bianco Pas dosé 2019 – Alta Langa

The nose is round and gourmand: it expresses notes of lemon cream, fresh brioche, milky touches of butter, yogurt, refreshed by notes of fresh bitter orange and candied bitter orange. The attack on the palate is open, fruity and savoury: it reflects the milky notes of butter, the gourmandise of brioche and lemon cream, and expresses touches of stone fruits (white peach) and citrus fruits (orange, lemon). The finish is straight and fresh, with an elegant minerality, touches of development (faded flowers), a tangy touch of dried citrus fruits, as well as a nice bitterness. Beautiful persistence on freshness.
