Rizzi Bianco Pas dosé 2019 – Alta Langa

The nose offers a distinguished minerality (limestone), a beautiful freshness in its citrus aromas (yellow lemon, lime, lemon yogurt), a floral touch of lemon blossom, as well as the gourmanduse of white peach and fresh brioche. The palate is slightly bitter, but pleasant and gourmand, with a nice liveliness of citrus fruits (lemon, lemon yogurt, bitter orange), a touch of butter and spices (nutmeg in the background), a touch of aromatic herbs and with a distinguished minerality. The foam is fine and pleasant. The finish is long, chiseled and tangy. An elegant and refined wine.
