The nose is pleasantly spicy (nutmeg, clove), with slight notes of brioche and developpement (withered flowers), associated with citrus notes (candied lemon, dried lemon, candied orange). On the palate, we also find some spiciness (nutmeg, clove), associated with notes of dried lemon, candied orange and chamomile. The finish is surprising, with a good bitterness of grapefruit, bitter orange, dried lemon, complemented by gourmand notes of butter and brioche. The mousse is expressive, but fine. The palate is gourmand, ample, a bit toasty, but straight and fresh, thanks to a nice acidity and a long gourmand finish, slightly herbaceous and lemony.
