The nose is a bit evolved, but pleasant. It expresses notes of dried lemon and orange jam, combined with aromas of dried flowers, toast, fresh hazelnut and toasted hazelnut. On the palate, we find the same notes of developpement (dried flowers), citrus hints (dried lemon zest, orange jam), a touch of toasted hazelnut, as well as a long, fresh, chiseled and straight finish, with lemony notes and great energy. The foam is fine and pleasant.
