The nose is a bit sweet, but gourmand. It expresses notes of fresh yellow peach, peach in syrup, a hint of dried apricot, as well as citrus (orange, lemon zest), associated with notes of fresh white flowers (acacia, apple blossom), a hint of butter and yogurt. The palate is gourmand, with sweet flavors of lemon curd, candied orange in the background, juicy peach, pineapple in the background, toasted brioche and yogurt. In the finish, we find bitterness and a nice acidity, softened by honeyed notes. The mousse is fine and rather delicate.
