Beautiful frank nose, spicy that offers a small concentration in precision/ delicacy. It reveals notes of quince, dried orange and smaller notes of cedrat, associated with a hint of dried kumquat and hints of fresh leather and nutmeg. The palate is fruity and offers precision, an acidulous frame, minerality as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of dried quince, candied kumquat and small notes of dried orange zests associated with a touch of dried apple as well as a hint of dried pineapple and sweet spices. Good length. Almost a discreet tannic side in its structure and aromatic on the finish/persistence.
