The nose is volatile. There are notes of quite ripe small red fruit and a touch of cherry associated with slight hints of violet as well as subtle hints of spices. The palate is fruity and offers acidity, juiciness, a good definition and a slight unctuosity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, bright raspberry and small notes of crushed redcurrant associated with touches of cornflower as well as hints of lily, sweet blond tobacco, star anise as well as a subtle hint of truffle and balsamic. Beautiful freshness and juiciness.
