Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini – Collerosso 2022 – Chianti Colli Fiorentini

The nose is a lovely blend of flowers, spices and fleshy/ripe fruit. There are notes of pulpy blackberry, violet and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of cornflower, lily and hints of tonka bean. On the palate, the wine is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, well-defined, gourmand, silky and supple, with a beautiful body. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, small bright red berries and small notes of crushed blackcurrant associated with hints of toast, chocolate, a hint of salt and an imperceptible hint of sage in the background. Good length. Sapid and well-built tannins.
