Terre 2 Frères – Signatures XII – Saint-Chinian

The nose is fruity and offers a certain concentration. There are notes of crushed cassis, crushed blackberry and small notes of fresh liquorice stick associated with iodine touches, white pepper as well as vanilla extract, a slight cherry blossom hint and an imperceptible almost fresh scrubland hint. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, a certain tension as well as aciduly. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy blackberry, juicy/ pulpy cassis and small notes of bright raspberry associated with vanilla touches, toasted as well as slight almost sage/ scrubland hint in the background. Mouth slightly tight and tense. Finely marked tannins.
