Canet Valette – Une et mille nuits 2022 – Saint-Chinian

The nose is spicy and slightly tight. It needs to be decanted. There are notes of violet, crushed cassis and small notes of red berries associated with sappy touches, flowers, grey pepper and a discreet almost saffron hint (in the flowery side). The mouth is fruity, stretched, tense, slight tight and offers minerality, freshness and precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy cherry and small notes of red berries associated touches of flowers, nutmeg hints, fresh local grove as well as slight hints of cardamom and almond. Slightly firm tannins. Good length.
