Domaine La Bosque – Cayenne 2021 – Saint-Chinian

Beautiful fruity nose that offers concentration, brightness of the fruit and a beautiful maturity. There are notes of crushed redcurrants, bright cherry and small notes of bright strawberry associated with touches of violet, thyme flower, « sens of place » (local biotop) and discreet hints of cherry blossom and badian. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, pulpiness, a slight creaminess, gourmandize, precision, tension, a certain brillance / brightness of the fruit, an aerial side as well as a very beautiful work on the matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy cherry, crushed strawberry and small notes of bright red berries associated with touches of laurel berries, cubeb pepper as well as hints of « sens of place » (local biorop), liquorice and cocoa/ chocolate. Harmonious, gourmand and unctuous in freshness and lightness ! Congratulations ! Slightly chewy tannins. Finish that tightens.
