Domaine de la Prose – Grande Cuvée 2021 – Languedoc Saint-Georges d’Orques

The nose offers fresh spices and dried flowers. There are notes o blackberry, violet and small notes of rose petals associated with hints of grey pepper and cassis. The mouth is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a fresh frame, juiciness, precision as well as a fine tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, violet, rose and small notes of creamy/ fresh small fruits associated with touches of dried flowers (in the background), sage/ local grove as well as discreet hints of chocolate. Sappy, fresh and discreetly tight tannins. Good length.
