Sauta Roc – In Treccio 2019 – Languedoc Pezenas

The nose is fresh, mineral and offers a fresh fruit. There are notes of racy minerality, pulpy/ fresh small red fruits and small notes of violet, lily associated with slight touches of bright red berries as well as a slight hint of fresh blueberry and fresh pepper. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, juiciness, tension as well as a certain straightness / a good definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy cherry, violet and small notes of pulpy/ juicy blueberry associated with touches of pulpy/ bright red berries as well as zan hints, toasted and a discreet almost vanilla hint. Supple and sapid tannins. Good length.
