La Capitelle de Baronarques 2022 – Limoux

The nose is fruity and offers a certain brightness and a slight concentration. There are notes of bigarreau cherry, blackberry and small notes of roasted small red fruits associated with touches of cornflower, small blue fruits as well as discreet hints of camphor, Madagascar pepper and a subtle hint of clove. The bouche is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, precision, tension, suppleness and brillance of the fruit. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis, crème de black cherry and small notes of chocolate associated with touches of cornflower, dark chocolate/ moka as well as subtle toasted/grilled hints. Tannins discreetly firm. Gourmandise and pleasure ! Beautiful work on the good bitterness.
