Château Grand Moulin, Terres Rouges 2019 – Corbières

The nose offers density, complexity and depth. The aromas are fruity and gourmand (blackberry, morello cherry, black plum, fig), complemented by a hint of dried cherry and herbaceous and spicy notes (fig leaf, peppermint, pepper, clove). The palate is fruity, deep and juicy. The generosity and density of ripe fruits (black fig, blackberry, black plum, morello cherry, wild strawberry) is combined with a touch of smoke, coffee, herbs and dried flowers (dried rose, violet, garrigue herbs). The finish is long, with firm but fine tannins and a mineral structure on the finish
