The nose is tangy, fruity and expresses notes of strawberry, red cherry, raspberry, vine peach, red plum, red pear and apple blossom. The palate is round, slightly spicy (white pepper), and offers a nice acidity and the bitterness of grapefruit, which return at the end of the palate. The attack is round, the mid-palate is vinous and gourmet, the finish is persistent and fruity.
