Ma cuvée Personnelle 100% Syrah 2022 – Vin de Pays d’Aude

The wine has a deep ruby color. On the nose, it surprises with its intensity and freshness and the juiciness of the fruit. It expresses aromas of tart red cherry, morello cherry, raspberry, fresh strawberry, black plum and blueberry. We then find a pleasant and refreshing herbaceous hints (menthol, thyme, rosemary), associated with distinct but delicate spicy touches (liquorice, clove) and a hint of violet. The palate is precise and straight, with a beautiful verticality and a fleshy fruitiness. It expresses notes of wild strawberry, crushed raspberry, black plum, quetsche plum, blueberry and morello cherry, combined with notes of violet, liquorice, chocolate with mint and rosemary. The finish is refined and fresh, with a nice acidity. The tannins are velvety and sapid. Good length.
