Le Démon de l’Evêque Rosé 2022 – Corbières

(55% Syrah, 45% Grenache) The wine has a pale salmon color. The nose is intense, fruity and gourmand. It expresses notes of vine peach, red currants, raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry blossom and a fine bitterness of pink grapefruit. On the palate, the wine is gourmand, vinous, but refined. We find notes of vine peach, cherry blossom, red currants, raspberry and wild strawberry, a pleasant bitterness of pink grapefruit, as well as a touch of black fig and tanginess of bigarreau cherry. The finish is persistent, with acidity and bitterness. Beautiful acidity, roundness and gourmandise.
