The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a certain density in finesse, gourmandise, precision, a textured side and a slight density. There are notes of pulpy blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of almost roasted cherry associated with touches of cornflower, slight hints almost Mediterranean herbs as well as slight hints of cherry pit, racy minerality and liquorice. The mouth is fruity, beautifully defined, all in elegance and offers an acidulous frame, precision, tension, gourmandise, a beautiful textured side, finesse as well as precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of Morello cherry, pulpy blackberry and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches almost roasted as well as hints of small blue fruits, sweet liquorice as well as toasted hints and caramelisation. Beautiful freshness and minerality. A slight hint of chocolate on the finish. Suavity/ roundness in finesse. Deepness. Concentration is precision.
