The nose is harmonious and offers a certain power, a slight concentration and deepness. There are notes of pulpy blackberry, morello cherry and small notes of small blue fruits associated with slight hints of infusion (almost discreetly black tea) and liquorice. The mouth is fruity and offers freshness, tension, precision, an acidulous frame as well as straightness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, pulpy/ juicy purple plum and small notes of small red fruits (that are close to be fresh-roasted) as well as hints of infusion, toast/ smoke as well as slight hints of liquorice. Good length. Beautiful persistence. Chew on the finish/ persistence.
