The nose is fruity and toasted. There are notes of blackberry, grilled almond and small notes of roasted small fruits associated with slight hints of grilled pit associated with slight mineral hints as well as slight hints of violet and a discreet hint of tonka beans. The mouth is fruity, gourmand, roasted and offers tension, precision and freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, morello cherry and small notes of grilled cherry pit associated with touches of roast, violet as well as slight hints of star anise and dried almond. Good length. A hint of cocoa. Good bitters.
