Château Bel-Air – La Comtesse Noire – Les Bois Maréchaux 2022 – Moulin-à-Vent

The nose is fresh, fruity and the wine needs to be decanted. There are notes of Boysenberry, juicy/ fresh cassis and small notes of fresh flowers associated with slight hints almost coffee and floral. Slight concentration. The mouth is beautifully juicy, fresh, mineral, balanced and offers a fresh/ acidulous frame and a slight concentration. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy cassis, fresh blackberry and small notes of crunchy plum associated with slight hints of violet associated with floral touches as well as slight hints of torrefaction and a discreet hint of chocolate/ moka and toasted hazelnut. Fresh and discreetly firm tannins. Good bitters and torrefaction in the background.
