The nose is aromatic, gourmand and offers some spices. There are notes of blackberry, sweet blond tabaco and small notes of toast associated with touches of fresh pepper, hints of wild strawberry and hints of fleshy small red fruits and a discreet hint of hazelnut. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, acidity, a certain gourmandise, energy, tension, precision and a beautiful definition. In the mouth this winje expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy blackberry, pulpy/ juicy cherry and small notes of fleshy/ tangy small fruits associated with touches of racy minerality, chocolate, toast, nutmeg and sweet spices.  A beautiful work on the good bitters. Gourmandise, a certain volume, a beautiful matter and a subtle hint of torrefaction. Beautiful wine.
