There are notes of blackberry, pulpy strawberry and small notes of tea/ infusion associated with slight touches of nutmeg, timut pepper and discreet hints of spices. The mouth is fresh, racy and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, a beautiful minerality, tension and precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy blackberry, fleshy cherry and small notes of fleshy plum associated with touches of violet, camphor, star anise as well as slight hints of liquorice stick, smoke and toasted hazelnut. Slight chewiness on the finish/ persistence. Gourmandise. Beautiful juiciness and acidity. Some chew on the finish.
