The wine needs to be decanted. The nose expresses notes of blackberry, raspberry and small notes of pulpy strawberry associated with slight hints of smoke (almost camphor), violet and hints of spices, and a small velvety and enchanting side on the nose. The mouth is fruity, mineral, balanced and offers a juicy/ fresh frame, a slight fat, energy, straightness, tension, freshness, precision and a beautiful acidity, almost a discreet electric side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh cherry, acidulous/ juicy red berries and small notes of cornflower, smoke associated with slight hints of tabaco, nutmeg as well as discreet hints of cardamom. Beautiful definition and gourmandise. Beautiful sapidity and salinity on the finish. Very beautiful energy and definition in the mouth. Brightness. Beautiful acidity and fresh persistence.
