Beautiful fruity nose that offers power, intensity, a good definition and a certain concentration. There are notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of blue plum associated with touches of wild flowers, grey pepper, slight hints of toast and an imperceptible hint of « sense of place » (local biotope)(local biotope). The mouth is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a good definition, a certain straightness, a slight concentration, precision and a certain deepness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of wild cassis, black plum and small notes of violet/ flowers associated with touches of infusion, moka/ cocoa, crushed small red fruits, torrefaction as well as hints of toast. Chewy tannins. A slight creaminess in the mouth. Beautiful freshness.
