The nose is spicy, peppery and benefits from being decanted. There are notes of pepper, nutmeg, almost aromatic herbs, slight hints of clove and small fruits. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness and a certain brightness/ juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ fresh blackberry, juicy/ fresh cherry and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of small berries, aromatic herbs, a slight hint of infusion, pepper and a subtle hint of toast and clove. Good length. Sapid and discreetly firm tannins.
