Domaine Jean Loron – Champ de Cour 2020 – Moulin-à-Vent

Beautiful elegant, delicate, just nose that offers a certain power in precision. There are notes of blackberry, juicy cassis and small notes of fresh/ juicy raspberry associated with slight touches almost cherry as well as slight hints of violet, fresh flowers and a discreet hint of fresh nutmeg. The mouth is juicy, fresh, precise and just and offers a certain small minerality, a slight gourmandise, tension, precision, brightness, freshness, a beautiful definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ juicy cherry, fresh/ juicy plum and small notes of flowers associated with a slight touch of infusion, lily and slight almost crunchy small berries hints, racy minerality, a discreet hint of « sense of place » (local biotope) and toast. Good length. Sappy and sapid tannins. A subtle hint of chocolate/moka. A discreet hint of toast/ chocolate in the background.
